Thanks for adding the safari browser extension! The extension has some graphic issues but apart from that it works like a charm. :-)

I noticed with El Capitan there is some annoying behavior about the icon on the dock. It bounces a lot more than it used to when a normal event happens, like the password has been erased from memory or something equally mundane. It’s very distracting and I could not find an option to turn this behavior off. I remember the previous version (under Yosemite) being better about this.

Post El Capitan update the Password is not working…No function to recover. Safe, but extremely poor. Do Not choose this app if you want to save your PWs

The version 4.7 isnt usable. There was a big bug: The version could not longer open files from iCloud and displays a message that the iCloud Drive is disabled. Sorry guys but this a password manager (a more or less safe life functionality) and not a simple text editor. Such horrible bugs destroy the confidence to such an app. Unfortunately the version 4.8 is again not able what all versions before also not was able: a simple thing like save and restore the used size and geometry of the last window. In some points there I really dont understand why this app behavior and or graphical interface isnt like other Apps - why some functionality buttons are placed in the status bar instead in the toolbar - missing a button for copy a password in the toolbar (ok there is one with another functionality in the status bar) - Status icons for entry protection and locks safe are more or less similar or equal - I hate the pushy pwSafe Cloud Setting button - guys I paid a lot of money for this "masterpiece" of software - I dont need this part of pushy advertisement - A single window layout would be great

After the recent bug fix, I havent had any further issues with this program. I use this program in the WIndows version for many years, and now this Mac version to safely manage and store all my passwords. I use it at least once a day, so if there are issues I wouldnt use it. I like the iCloud feature.

I like this app. I was using the open source java version of Password Safe but it only had drop box sync. I think I prefer iCloud sync and the cleaner UI.

Love this app. I have it on my iPad and iPhone and sync via iCloud and it works great. I would have given it 5 stars but for one thing: I was having the mysterious Mountain Lion problem where the color pinwheel appears and Mac OS X slows to a crawl. I wiped the MacBook, Installed Lion, restored my files from Time Machine and reinstalled my apps. In the process, pwSafe duplicated my safe in iCloud. both copies appear intact, but it is a bit annoying. Fix that and this app is "The Bomb"!

Its really useful, and I love the iCloud synchronization. Design could be improved to earn the fifth start thoug.

Been using it for a few weeks now and works great. I wish there was a button or keyboard shortcut to open the url associated an entry in Safari. Other than that it is great.

The App makes creating and safely storing my passwords in the cloud simple. It syncs across to my iPhone and iPad without any issues.

This is simply the best of its kind. Password generator, password safe, syncs to all devices.

I have purchased both the versions for Mac and for iOS, and use iCloud synchronization. It works really smoothly and has just the right amount of complexity in my opinion.

This is a great little app, I have it on both my mac and all my IOS devices. Works well. I had a few support questions and they were very responsive. Great bang for the buck.

So helpful. I’m convinced both my wife and brother to use this app in order to help with password recall.

The application meets my needs overall. Howwever it becomes noresponsive sometimes. I use it daily and have crushes 2- 3 times per week. There is no clear pattern why it hangs. I have to use force quit. I run it for more than 1.5 year with upgrades and have such problem from the start. I have upgraded my OS to OS X 10.9. but the problem is still there. It happens much more often than with any other application on my Macbook pro.

pwSafe works well and I can use the same files on my macs and a PC that I need to use as well as iPhones

Great program. I can sleep better at night now. Very easy to use and does everything I want. Also syncs with my iPhone and iPad perfectly through the iOS app.
